Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for handling day-to-day sales activities, including lead generation, managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves direct interaction with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored relocation solutions, contributing to our business growth.

• Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Proficiency in Account Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the relocation or logistics industry is a plus
