Job description

Hasini Estates is a dynamic real estate company established in 2019, specializing in developing open plot projects. Our strategic locations along key highways in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and strong leadership skills to foster a productive, engaged, and compliant workplace. By aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, the HR Director helps drive company growth and success in the competitive real estate market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management
  • 7+ years' of professional HR experience, ideally from a services oriented business, with a combination of corporate and business unit line experience preferred
  • Preferred real estate industry experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
