Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Talent Acquisition Executive
to lead and manage
internal hiring initiatives
within our
US IT and Non-IT staffing division . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent for internal teams, including technical recruiters, account managers, bench sales recruiters, delivery leads, and operational roles. This role requires a strong understanding of the US staffing ecosystem and the ability to execute strategic hiring practices aligned with business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage
end-to-end internal recruitment
for US IT and Non-IT staffing operations — from job posting to onboarding.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for
recruitment, business development, delivery,
across the organization.
Collaborate with leadership and department heads to define hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce planning strategies.
Develop and maintain a robust
internal talent pipeline
through proactive sourcing, referrals, and networking.
Conduct preliminary HR screening, coordinate technical / managerial interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Handle
offer negotiation, pre-boarding, and onboarding
activities in coordination with HR operations.
Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics to ensure transparency and compliance.
Support
employer branding
and internal referral programs to enhance talent attraction.
Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and ethical recruitment practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years
of experience in
Talent Acquisition / HR Recruitment , preferably in the
US Staffing industry .
Proven experience in
internal hiring
for IT and Non-IT recruitment teams.
Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and result-oriented mindset.
