▷ (Urgent) Digital Lead

Job descriptionLead the design, architecture, and development of scalable web applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, and modern frontend / backend frameworks. Architect and implement microservices-based solutions using AWS services such as Lambda, S3, EC2, API Gateway, RDS (MySQL / SQL Server) / DynamoDB / MongoDB. Drive end-to-end solutioning from concept to deployment, ensuring high performance, security, and maintainability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical architecture, and ensure alignment with business goals. Integrate AI / ML components, including models built with Python and LLMs, into web and cloud-based applications. Establish and oversee CI / CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code using tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform. Mentor and guide engineering teams on best practices, code quality, performance optimization, and design patterns. Ensure compliance with data privacy, application security standards, and cloud governance frameworks. Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks to continuously enhance system architecture and developer efficiency. 8–10 years of experience in web application development and architecture, with a strong command of ReactJS, NodeJS, and JavaScript / TypeScript. Deep understanding of AWS services and cloud-native architecture, including Lambda, S3, EC2, RDS, CloudWatch, etc. Proven experience in building and scaling microservices-based applications in a production environment. Hands-on experience with CI / CD tools, Git-based workflows, containerization (Docker), and monitoring / logging tools. Familiarity with AI / ML technologies, especially Python-based solutions and LLM integration, is a strong plus. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in agile delivery environments and managing technical teams. Exposure to application security best practices, data protection regulations, and system resilience strategies.

- Extensive IT Pharma Expertise – Managing the IT ecosystems of 12+ organizations, including infrastructure, application implementation, upgrades, and support.
- Experience in Greenfield & Brownfield – Successful implementation and validation of multiple applications across 7+ site setups.
- Global IT Project & Operations Experience – Over 100+ implementations and validation projects delivered, with ongoing operations support for 30+ global sites
