Client Service and Implementation :
Act as the Artefact lead client's digital business across MENA
Align with the Regional and Global teams to ensure alignment of best practices and strategy
Ensures that client requirements / project briefs are well understood, converted into actionable tasks and delivered in an accurate, timely manner
Provide regular market updates and insights to ensure the client's digital strategy is aligned with market specifics
Proactively identify and recommend digital channels, partners and approaches relevant to and develop proposals highlighting expected outcomes.
Oversee all client digital channels for maximum performance, leveraging channel best practices, AB testing and rigorous process.
Have strong implementation knowledge of key digital channels (including but not limited to : Search Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Programmatic Buying, E- commerce, Performance Marketing
Manage workload across multiple client stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver to a high quality within set deadlines
Manage and mentor a digital executive to support the client's business
Skills
Excellent Account Management skills are required to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
Strong project management skills, candidate must be comfortable managing requests from multiple stakeholders.
Client servicing, ensure communication between agency and client is ongoing, proactive and clear.
A minimum of 3-4 years of Account / project management experience
Experience in e-commerce or Performance Marketing is essential
High level of implementational knowledge across digital performance marketing channels (search, social media, programmatic)
High level of comfort with data analysis and the ability to optimise campaigns based on learnings
High level of initiative, responsibility and works well remotely

Facebook Accreditation (beneficial)
