Recruitment Support Specialist

About the Role :

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring efforts. This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews — and is ideal for someone interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the TA team in sourcing candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) and social media.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication with candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate data in the recruitment tracker or ATS.
• Draft and post job descriptions across relevant platforms.
• Assist in managing candidate engagement and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
• Support in employer branding activities when required.
