Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support our hiring operations. This role ensures a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers by providing administrative and logistical support throughout the recruitment process. You will collaborate closely with Korn Ferry recruiters and hiring teams to coordinate interviews, manage pre-employment checks, and assist in offer letter generation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Manage logistics and communication for both virtual and in-person interviews.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal tracking tools.
- Welcome and guide candidates during in-person interviews to ensure a positive experience.
- Support pre-employment checks and offer letter generation processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient recruitment operations.
Qualifications :
Experience : 2–3 years in recruitment coordination or administrative support.Skills :Strong organizational and time management abilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., SmartRecruiters).Ability to manage scheduling across multiple time zones and regions.Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
