Job Summary :
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring, focusing on identifying high-potential candidates for the internal team. They will develop effective strategies and manage end-to-end recruitment to meet targets for assigned roles, ensuring the right candidates are hired at the right time and cost.
Working closely with the business, they will provide both advisory and operational support to deliver a comprehensive talent acquisition service. This includes ensuring all hiring activities align with and promote the employer brand effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruitment Process Management Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding
- Develop job descriptions and job postings tailored to specific roles
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate assessments
- Sourcing and Talent Pipeline Use various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to attract candidates
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs
- Identify and engage passive candidates through proactive outreach
- Collaboration with Stakeholders Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create effective hiring strategies
- Provide consultative support to ensure alignment between recruitment efforts and business goals
- Keep stakeholders informed of progress and provide regular updates on recruitment metrics
- Employer Branding Promote the organization’s employer brand to attract and retain top talent
- Represent the company during campus hiring etc
- Develop strategies to enhance the candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Data Management and Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date MIS records of candidate interactions (hiring tracker)
- Analyse recruitment data to improve processes and outcomes
- Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire etc.
