Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Hosur. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including hiring, interviewing, and recruiting. The role also involves developing and implementing effective training programs and ensuring effective communication throughout the recruitment process to meet organizational staffing needs.

• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective Training programs
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus
