Man Matters is a digital elective health platform for men, helping 2.5M men every year diagnose and solve for their hair loss, beard growth, fitness, and nutrition concerns by offering personalized treatment plans and access to expert doctors and health coaches. Be Body Wise is an online womens elective health platform, serving 4M women every year by providing personalized solutions and doctor consults across concerns for hair health, body care, sleep, and nutrition. Little Joys is an online health platform for kids, helping 2M parents every year solve for their childs physical, mental, and emotional development by offering age-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, and bone health with access to expert doctors and nutritionists.

Senior Manager : Business Development & Projects (Little Joys Kiosk Expansion)

Location : Mumbai (covering West Zone Maharashtra & Gujarat)

We are looking for a Senior Manager Business Development & Projects to lead the Kiosk Expansion for Little Joys, a Mosaic Wellness brand. The role involves identifying, developing, and executing new kiosk opportunities across high-footfall malls and premium shopping destinations in the West Zone.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development :

  • Identify and evaluate potential malls and premium shopping arcades for new Little Joys kiosks.
  • Initiate discussions and negotiate with mall management, leasing, and licensing teams to finalize kiosk spaces.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mall partners for future expansion opportunities.

Project Management

  • Coordinate end-to-end kiosk setup from space acquisition to operational handover.
  • Identify and onboard suitable kiosk fabrication vendors ensuring best-in-class quality and timely execution.
  • Liaise with internal teams Legal, Design, Marketing, and Operations for approvals, branding, and execution.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards for kiosk delivery.
  • Coordinate installation of POS (Hardware & Software) in all new kiosks ensuring smooth setup and system integration.
  • Operations Handover

  • Ensure all kiosks are fully operational before handover to the Sales Operations team.
  • Maintain strong post-opening relationships with mall management and internal stakeholders for smooth operations.
  • Relationship Management

  • Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential malls.
  • Represent the brand in all mall forums and leasing discussions.
  • Candidate Requirements :

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in kiosk business development, projects, or mall-based retail expansion.
  • Prior experience in kiosk rollout for consumer product or beauty / wellness brands such as Sugar, Mamaearth, Nykaa, etc. is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of mall leasing processes, kiosk operations, design, and project execution.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery.
  • Strong vendor management and coordination capability.
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Well-presented, proactive, and self-driven professional.
  • Existing relationships with leading mall chains across Maharashtra and Gujarat will be a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel across the West Zone for site visits and meetings.
