We’re looking for a Qualified Company Secretary to join our NBFC team in Gurugram !
Role : Company Secretary
Industry : NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company)
Location : Gurugram – Head Office
Experience : 3 Years
Availability : Immediate Joiners Preferred
CTC : 8 – 10 LPA
Key Responsibilities :
Ensure compliance with Companies Act RBI & NBFC regulations
Conduct Board Committee & Shareholder meetings – prepare notices agendas & minutes
Handle ROC / RBI filings statutory registers & secretarial audits
Draft resolutions policies and assist in governance frameworks
Liaise with regulatory bodies legal counsel & auditors
Requirements :
Qualified CS with 3 years’ experience (NBFC / Financial Services preferred)
Strong knowledge of Companies Act SEBI & RBI guidelines
Excellent communication & drafting skills
Proficient in MS Office & secretarial tools
