Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-rise apartment community.

The role involves ensuring smooth functioning of maintenance, housekeeping, security, AMC vendor coordination, and asset management . The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the residents, association members, and the facility management team , ensuring quality service delivery and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily property operations including maintenance, security, and housekeeping .
• Coordinate with AMC vendors, service providers, and resident committees .
• Monitor asset condition, service schedules, and cost optimization .
• Handle resident queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare periodic reports on maintenance, budgets, and vendor performance.
• Support in billing, budgeting, and procurement processes related to property management.
