[Immediate Start] Assistant Vice President

This is a senior leadership role in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Operations, mainly for broker support, binding, and underwriting operations. The person will manage a large team (200–300 people), working with US clients in night shifts (US hours).

• Property & Casualty Insurance (P&C) : Insurance that covers property (homes, cars, businesses) and liability (accidents, injuries).
• Brokerage & Binding :
• Brokerage → Working with insurance brokers who connect clients with insurers.
• Binding authority → Brokers / agents authorized to accept risks and issue policies on behalf of insurers.
• Underwriting Operations : Support in evaluating risks, processing policies, and maintaining compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Leadership – Oversee day-to-day delivery of insurance operations (policy issuance, claims support, endorsements, renewals).

2. Team Management – Lead large operations teams (200–300 span), including managers and associates.

3. Broker & Underwriting Support – Ensure smooth handling of broker queries, policy binding, underwriting assistance.

4. Process Excellence – Drive SLA adherence, quality checks, and compliance with US insurance regulations.

5. Client Engagement – Interact with US clients / brokers, manage escalations, and ensure high service delivery.

6. Shift & Location – US shift timing, office-based role in Madurai & Noida.
