Elanco - Team Lead - SAP Ariba Module

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Team Lead - SAP Ariba to manage procurement transformation projects.

This role involves leading SAP Ariba implementations, managing integrations with SAP MM, and overseeing RICEFW developments.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, hands-on SAP Ariba expertise, and the ability to drive large-scale enterprise procurement solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation projects.
• Oversee and manage a team of SAP consultants (functional and technical).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP Ariba with SAP MM and backend ERP systems.
• Oversee the development of RICEFW objects.
• Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables while managing risks and timelines.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and performance management for the team.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices, security standards, and governance policies.
• Drive change management and user adoption initiatives.
