Job Description :
Manage the day-to-day planning and operations to meet the service level components of a team of BMS whose primary responsibilities include :
- Distill relevant insights into recommendations for our clients (e.g., ad effectiveness results, 1st party performance data, creative designs, etc)
- Work across multiple, simultaneous projects to support Reddits Marketing Science team in the delivery of projects, taking ownership of assigned project management tasks
- Support meeting logistics both internally and with clients (room setup - also digital- note taking, etc.)
- Assist in presenting insights, implications, and recommendations to our internal stakeholders
- Ability to learn and apply survey design principles to ad effectiveness measurement.
What will you Do
Performance Management :
Delivery of service level components, quality, and productivity targets & indicators for a particular market.Monitoring, coaching, and feedback, responsibility for delivery of the defined customer experience in every call.Being a focal point of dissemination of information for internal and external clients.Operational Management :
Managing the floor, and adherence to schedule.Ensure optimal productivity and utilization of resources.Oversee and review escalations and the escalations process.Ownership and problem resolution.Leave Management :
Ensuring the team is adequately staffed to handle projected volumes for the daily routine.Reporting timely.Maintain employee performance records; track and report on performance outcomes.Relationship Management :

3+ years of experience in Brand Measurement Study / Brand Lift StudyDegree in Economics / Statistics / Mathematics or related fieldsMust-Have Skills :
Experience in digital marketing research on the research agency side (like Kantar, Nielsen, etc.) / media agency or at the publisher side.Experience in quantitative market research with knowledge of brand research, media measurement, and audience insightsMust have worked on industry standard measurement tools like Brand Lift Studies, Ad effectiveness studies, and cross-media.Strong knowledge of statistics.General knowledge and understanding of media planning and measurement in the advertising and marketing field.Skills Required
