Hiring for " Relationship Manager – PSU (MMG Acquisition) " in a leading bank.

Job Purpose :
Responsible for acquiring and managing Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) clients under the Mid-Market Group (MMG) segment, driving business growth through corporate banking products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Acquire new PSU relationships .
- Identify opportunities across lending, liability, transaction banking, treasury, and other banking products.
- Develop customized solutions for PSU clients in line with their business and financial needs.
- Drive revenue and profitability targets through acquisition and cross-sell.
- Ensure credit quality, compliance, and risk management in all dealings.
- Build strong internal stakeholder collaboration with credit, product, and operations teams.
Requirements :
10+ years of experience in corporate / PSU relationship management or acquisition.Strong knowledge of PSU ecosystem, corporate banking products, and credit analysis.Excellent networking, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.MBA / CA / Graduate with relevant banking experience preferred.
