We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Commis to join our culinary team in the beautiful city of Udaipur India. As a Commis you will play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen operations and contributing to the creation of exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

• Assist in mise en place activities ensuring all ingredients and equipment are prepared for service
• Prepare dishes according to established recipes and guidelines maintaining consistency and quality
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to health and safety standards
• Follow proper food storage procedures and comply with HACCP guidelines
• Assist in inventory management and participate in monthly stock takes
• Support senior kitchen staff in various tasks as assigned
• Contribute to cross-departmental cooperation and maintain effective communication with all relevant areas
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new culinary techniques and recipes
• Work efficiently and economically minimizing waste and maximizing resources
