- You’ll bridge the gap between design excellence and business impact—translating our award-winning UX / UI capabilities into compelling narratives that attract enterprise clients & digital-first businesses
- Leverage data & insights to refine marketing initiatives for maximum impact
- Align marketing efforts with sales & business objectives for tangible results

Strategy & Performance Optimization :
Own lead generation efforts to attract, engage & convert prospects into high-quality leadsTrack performance through analytics & KPIs, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable ROIDesign and execute multi-channel organic campaigns (LinkedIn, email, content etc.) to attract high-value prospectsImplement and manage marketing automation tools to nurture leads and track campaign performanceDigital & Content Marketing :

What We’re Looking For :
3–5 years of experience in B2B growth marketing, preferably in the service industryProven success in scaling lead generation and pipeline for enterprise clientsStrong grasp of inbound / outbound marketing, content marketing, SEO etc.Exceptional storytelling skillsHands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM & performance tracking toolsA strategic thinker who can balance creativity with analytical decision-makingA growth mindset, curiosity for design, and passion for crafting meaningful digital experiences
