Key products include Home Loans, Loans Against Property, Business Loans, and MSME Loans.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager- Housing & MSME Loans located in Mumbai. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of Area Sales Officers, generating leads, and driving business growth for the company's lending products for Maharashtra .Key day-to-day tasks include Loan Target Achievement, market research, relationship building with potential borrowers / MSMEs / Builders / Govt Departments, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.QualificationsMinimum 10-15 Years of Sales experience in Mortgage IndustryCustomer, Partners & Stakeholders relationship management skillsBusiness Sourcing experience in the Housing and MSME Loan industryTeam management and leadership skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsBachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related fieldProven track record of achieving sales targets and creating growth PlansAbility to work on-site within Mumbai regionContact us : - us : -
