Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager- Housing & MSME Loans located in Mumbai. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of Area Sales Officers, generating leads, and driving business growth for the company's lending products for Maharashtra .

Key day-to-day tasks include Loan Target Achievement, market research, relationship building with potential borrowers / MSMEs / Builders / Govt Departments, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-15 Years of Sales experience in Mortgage Industry
• Customer, Partners & Stakeholders relationship management skills
• Business Sourcing experience in the Housing and MSME Loan industry
• Team management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and creating growth Plans
• Ability to work on-site within Mumbai region
