Assistant Manager - PPC

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Manager to coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure smooth production operations. • Monitor daily production schedules and ensure adherence to delivery timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize processes.
• Utilize data analysis to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date production documentation to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards throughout the production cycle.
• Report production performance metrics and propose strategic improvements where necessary.
• Support root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives on shop floor issues.
