AFFLE - Assistant Manager - Ad Sales

Key Lead and manage the sales efforts focused exclusively on the Ad Tech industry, including programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and related digital advertising solutions.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand business with existing accounts.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with advertisers, publishers, agencies, and technology partners.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, proposal, negotiation, to closure.
• Analyze sales metrics and generate reports to track performance and forecast future sales.
• Mentor and guide junior sales team members, setting clear goals and performance expectations.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote products and services.

Required Skills & 3 to 6 years of proven sales experience exclusively within the Ad Tech domain.

Preferred Experience working with global or large-scale digital advertising clients.
