We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager with a strong track record in B2B marketing, franchise promotions, and HNI lead generation . The ideal candidate will be data-driven, ROI-focused, and hands-on , capable of planning and executing high-value campaigns that generate quality leads for business growth.Key Responsibilities : - Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.- Generate high-quality HNI leads and B2B client opportunities in Real Estate, F&B, and franchise sectors.- Build multi-channel acquisition funnels to maximize lead conversion and ROI.- Design strategies for franchise marketing campaigns including lead generation, branding, and expansion.- Manage and optimize campaign budgets for maximum efficiency and results.- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.- Collaborate on-site with sales, creative, and operations teams to ensure alignment and fast execution.- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and competitor strategies .Requirements : - Minimum 7 years of performance marketing experience , including B2B, Real Estate, F&B, and franchise sectors.- Proven experience in generating HNI leads and managing high-value client campaigns .- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other performance channels .- Strong understanding of SEO, retargeting, email marketing, and marketing automation tools .- Excellent analytical, reporting, and campaign optimization skills.- Ability to manage multiple high-value campaigns simultaneously.Preferred Qualities : - Experience handling franchise marketing campaigns .- Experience in offline-to-online lead generation for B2B and HNI clients.- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills .- Startup / agency experience with multi-sector exposure.
