Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst – Digital Marketing who can act as the strategic growth partner for our clients. The candidate will combine analytical skills with business acumen to scale client businesses through data-driven marketing insights, campaign optimisation, and cross-platform strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Analysis & Optimisation
- Study current and historical campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Q-commerce platforms like Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart etc.
- Provide daily optimisation insights on spends, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, ATC, Orders, and other KPIs.
- Benchmark campaign performance against industry standards.
Strategic Planning & Brand Understanding
Understand the brand’s objectives, target group, markets, and focus products / services.Map campaigns to consumer behaviour, seasonal trends, and regional preferences.Identify which products / services to prioritise based on infrastructure, stocks, performance, and inventory focus.Marketing Funnel & Automation
Design and track marketing automation funnels (awareness → consideration → conversion → loyalty).Recommend improvements for lead nurturing, retargeting, and upsell campaigns.Cross-Channel Expansion
Propose and plan media extensions into OTT platforms, news portals, and regional channels.Create media mix strategies balancing performance marketing with awareness-driven platforms.Insights & Reporting
Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports with actionable insights.Translate raw campaign data into business insights for scaling revenue.Highlight risks, opportunities, and recommend budget reallocations.Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Programmatic platforms.Understanding of Q-commerce advertising dashboards (Zepto, Blinkit, Big Basket, Instamart).Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / BI Tools (pivot tables, dashboards, ROAS analysis).Solid grasp of consumer behaviour analytics and seasonal demand planning.Knowledge of OTT, display, and affiliate marketing.Ability to work with creative teams to align insights with messaging.Soft Skills
