Job Description : Operations & Management Executive (UP Board)

Role Overview :

We are hiring for an Operations & Management Executive to handle UP Board batches at PW Online. The role involves batch operations, academic planning, basic marketing, and counselling support. Candidate must have strong organizational skills and basic knowledge of edtech tools.

Key Responsibilities :

• Batch Operations (UP Board Focus) :
• Manage class scheduling, attendance, reporting, and student tracking.
• Ensure board-related tasks (exam form fill-up, mocks, admit cards) are completed on time.
• Academic Planning : Support in timetable creation, syllabus tracking, and faculty coordination.
• Marketing Support : Assist in campaigns, content promotion, and highlighting UP Board success stories.
• Counselling : Conduct student / parent webinars, orientation sessions, and provide academic guidance.
• Business Support : Assist in enrollment drives, retention strategies, and performance tracking.
• Coordination : Act as a bridge between faculty, students, parents, and management.
