Growth Executive (Associate) – Qoruz

Location - HSR Layout, Bangalore

Budget - 15k in the first 3 Months Probation Period, Post Probation 4 LPA Fixed

What you’ll work on

AI and automation :

Help set up workflows using Zapier, Make, and n8n to reduce manual steps.

Growth experiments :

Assist with small tests across channels such as landing pages and outbound campaigns. Track results and highlight what works.

Marketing operations :

Support clean data flows across CRM, analytics, and automation tools. Keep campaigns tracked correctly, dashboards up to date, and reports reliable.

Content and distribution :

Turn data and insights into stories worth sharing. Repurpose content into multiple formats such as blogs, newsletters, or LinkedIn posts.

Analytics :

Monitor the funnel from traffic and leads to demos, activation, and paid users. Track UTMs, cohorts, and key conversions.

What makes you a great fit

You enjoy exploring AI tools and trying out small prototypes.

You are comfortable with numbers, funnels, and basic tests.

You write clearly and communicate without fluff.

You document what you do and pick things up quickly.

You have 0–12 months of experience. Projects, internships, or side work all count.
