Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and technically inclined Business Development Officers who will play a vital role in helping customers adopt clean energy solutions. This role is ideal for engineering graduates who want to combine technical skills with business growth while contributing to a high-impact startup.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with residential, commercial, and industrial customers to understand their energy needs

Conduct rooftop site assessments and gather data for detailed system design

Collaborate with the engineering team to create technically & financially viable solutions.

Coordinate between clients and internal teams from proposal to project confirmation.

Coordinate between client and Projects Team with detailed project handover for smooth implementation and operations.

Explore new products, technologies, and business opportunities

Generate leads, network, and contribute to regional business growth

Qualifications

Education : BE in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Civil Engineering

Strong interest in renewable energy & sustainability

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities

Basic understanding of Solar Power systems (preferred)

Experience : 1+ year (Freshers with strong motivation may also apply)
