6. Candidates should be aware of the rentals or rates for land / Commercial / Lease (average rentals) as per area specifications.

7. Candidates should be proficient in handling excel and MS office

8. Candidates should be well-versed with the legal documentation process for lease purposes.

9. Candidate should have good knowledge on Local brokers management
