Role : HR Executive & Admin In Charge

Department : Human Resources

Location : Goregaon West (100% Work from Office)

Reports to : HR Manager

Remuneration : 25K - 30K per month

Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain and update HR records such as attendance, leave management, performance reviews, and employee database.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and employee welfare initiatives to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Oversee administrative functions including office facilities management, vendor coordination, procurement of office supplies, and maintenance of assets.
  • Support in drafting HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, increment, F&F), employee communication, and HR analytics reports for management review.
  • Act as the single point of contact (POC) for employee queries, grievance resolution, and admin-related escalations ensuring timely closure.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, training sessions, and team-building events to boost morale and organizational culture.
  • Qualifications & Skills Required :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; certification in HR management is an added advantage.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR generalist and administrative roles, preferably in startups or fast-paced organizations.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools ( RazorPay ), MS Office / Google Workspace, and basic knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple situations effectively.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with integrity.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask efficiently, and manage end-to-end HR & Admin operations seamlessly.
  • Immediate joiners or the candidates serving their notice period are preferred.
