Reports to : HR Manager
Remuneration : 25K - 30K per month
Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, employee engagement, and exit formalities.Maintain and update HR records such as attendance, leave management, performance reviews, and employee database.Implement and monitor HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and employee welfare initiatives to ensure a positive work environment.Oversee administrative functions including office facilities management, vendor coordination, procurement of office supplies, and maintenance of assets.Support in drafting HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, increment, F&F), employee communication, and HR analytics reports for management review.Act as the single point of contact (POC) for employee queries, grievance resolution, and admin-related escalations ensuring timely closure.Plan and execute employee engagement activities, training sessions, and team-building events to boost morale and organizational culture.Qualifications & Skills Required :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; certification in HR management is an added advantage.1-2 years of experience in HR generalist and administrative roles, preferably in startups or fast-paced organizations.Proficiency in HRMS tools ( RazorPay ), MS Office / Google Workspace, and basic knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple situations effectively.Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with integrity.Ability to work independently, multitask efficiently, and manage end-to-end HR & Admin operations seamlessly.Immediate joiners or the candidates serving their notice period are preferred.
