About the Role
You will be the go-to person for
HubSpot CRM, ZoomInfo, and the integration between the two platforms , making sure everything runs seamlessly. This includes managing lead generation, enrichment, automation, reporting, and enabling our sales team with the right tools and data at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Enrichment
Source, qualify, and enrich leads using
ZoomInfo .
Ensure accurate and up-to-date lead / contact data in
HubSpot CRM .
Develop workflows for effective lead handoff to sales reps.
HubSpot CRM Administration
Manage and optimize HubSpot pipelines, workflows, and automation.
Ensure
sales automation tools
are working seamlessly to support the team.
Create dashboards, reports, and insights to track performance and KPIs.
Integration & Optimization
Oversee the integration of
ZoomInfo with HubSpot .
Ensure smooth syncing of data across both platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues quickly.
Sales Enablement
“Hand-feed” the sales team with high-quality, ready-to-engage leads.
Train sales reps on how to use the tools effectively.
Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and ROI.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing
HubSpot CRM
(Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, workflows, automation).
Strong knowledge of
ZoomInfo
(prospecting, enrichment, and integrations).
Demonstrated success in
CRM / marketing automation management .
Strong data management, analytical, and reporting skills.
Excellent communication skills; able to collaborate closely with sales teams.
