About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HubSpot Specialist for a full-time, in-office position. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HubSpot’s CRM, marketing, sales, and service tools and be confident in driving system implementations, integrations, and ongoing platform optimization.
You’ll be responsible for managing HubSpot onboarding, configuration, process automation, integrations, and performance monitoring for our B2B clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about marketing technology, CRM workflows, and optimizing customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end
HubSpot onboarding and implementation
for new clients.
Define and build custom
workflows, lead management processes,
and
automations .
Execute
data migrations
and integrate third-party tools (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo, SurveyMonkey).
Customize
HubSpot modules , templates, and dashboards based on client needs.
Coordinate and execute
CRM integrations
with external systems and tools.
Work closely with internal teams (design, content, web, SEO) to align marketing efforts with CRM workflows.
Monitor platform performance and provide regular reports and insights to clients.
Stay updated on HubSpot’s latest features, product updates, and best practices.
Provide
ongoing support and optimization
to enhance CRM usage, reporting, and automation.
Skills & Qualifications
3 - 5 years of experience working with
HubSpot CRM
(Marketing, Sales, or Service Hubs).
Strong understanding of
CRM strategy, marketing automation, and lead lifecycle management .
Hands-on experience with
workflows, lists, dashboards, reporting, and email campaigns
in HubSpot.
Familiarity with
third-party integrations
like ZoomInfo, Vidyard, Microsoft Dynamics, or Salesforce.
Experience in managing
technical configurations and customizations .
Ability to troubleshoot CRM issues and liaise with development teams if required.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
HubSpot certifications
