Job descriptionMake sure all production activities comply with safety policy and company guideline. Avoid safety incident. Arrange daily production and improve PSP. Review and prepare sufficient resource for production order on next day. Familiar IATF 16949 operation and maintenance Monitor the whole production process to ensure product quality, ensure product complete safety and timely Monitor the raw material providing status for production and feed back to production assistant Provide training to batch makers and lead batch makers to complete production order efficiently Check if the equipment / utility is in good condition, including HSD mixers, mills, dust collector, ventilation, ground line Feedback the common intermediate requirement to product assistant To distribute manpower according to workload at each position To review and sign subordinates overtime application and record
