Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated Industrial Fabrication Supervisor to oversee fabrication operations, ensure production efficiency, maintain safety standards, and lead a team of fabricators and technicians. The ideal candidate will have a background in metal fabrication, welding, and team leadership within industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise daily fabrication activities and ensure adherence to production schedules.
Material planning for monthly production plans
Provide technical guidance to fabrication team members on mechanical drawings, welding, cutting, assembly, and finishing processes.
Collaborate with purchase, final assembly, and other departments to resolve technical and operational challenges.
Review drawings, and specifications to guide production planning and execution.
Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring proper usage and timely maintenance.
Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality.
Prepare reports on production progress, issues for weekly reviews.

Qualifications : Education :

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field preferred.

Experience :

3-5 years of experience in industrial fabrication, preferably in metal or heavy equipment sectors.

Lesser experienced candidates can also apply.

Skills :

Strong knowledge of welding, cutting, fabrication, and assembly techniques.

AUTO-CAD / 3D modelling software (SolidWorks, Catia) knowledge.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Effective communication and leadership skills.
