Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assembly Supervisor, located in Bengaluru. The Assembly Supervisor will oversee day-to-day assembly operations, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality control. Responsibilities include supervising assembly line workers, planning production schedules, providing training, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. The supervisor will also liaise with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills, including leadership and team management
• Expertise in Quality Control to maintain high standards and address issues
• Production Planning skills to strategically plan and execute manufacturing processes
• Training capabilities to effectively onboard and develop team members
• Experience in Manufacturing settings, with a focus on assembly lines
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in manufacturing or a related field
• ITI FITTER or Diploma in Mechanical engineering
