Your Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional who can seamlessly blend the responsibilities of a Senior Business Analyst and Scrum Master. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with deep fintech domain expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and proven leadership in Agile delivery environments.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams across India and the UK, translating business requirements into technical specifications, leading Scrum ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement in delivery processes.

You will collaborate closely with Engineers, Product Managers, Architects, Operations, Business Users, and other stakeholders (including third party vendor resources), to drive various initiatives and projects that build new or enhance our existing products.

You will be responsible for defining your career in a financial technology company that provides amazing opportunities for growth and progression.

Business Analysis :

• Leverage your deep understanding of fintech concepts to contribute valuable insights into multiple projects ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
• Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and prioritization with stakeholders
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for developers and testers
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and support strategic decisions
• Prepare functional specifications, user stories, and workflow diagrams
• Manage third-party vendor relationships and internal stakeholder communications
• Support product launches, business readiness, and operational training
• Help maintain and enhance platforms including Salesforce and Mambu
• Identify areas for process optimization and suggest innovative solutions.
