Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist customers at the airport, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth check-in process
• Handle all inquiries and requests from customers in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate and up-to-date flight information to customers
• Assist with baggage handling and ensure that all luggage is properly tagged and loaded onto the correct flights
• Conduct security screenings and ensure that all passengers and their belongings comply with airport regulations
• Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure efficient and safe operations
• Handle any customer complaints or issues with patience and professionalism
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
• Assist with boarding and disembarking procedures for flights
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
