We are currently looking for highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport CSA & Ground Staff. Responsibilities : - Greet and assist passengers at the airport, providing excellent customer service - Check-in passengers and their luggage, ensuring all necessary documents are in order - Board passengers onto the correct flight and assist with any special needs or requests - Handle and resolve any customer inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Conduct security screenings and ensure compliance with all airport regulations - Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo - Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times - Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations - Provide support to the flight crew as needed Requirements : - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Prior experience in the aviation industry is an asset, but not required - Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Fluent in English, knowledge of additional languages is a plus We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
