Job Overview :

As a Ground Staff member, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to airline passengers and crew members at Mumbai Airport. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the airport, and you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet and assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding processes
  • Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other inquiries
  • Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings
  • Coordinate with airline staff and other ground staff to ensure timely departure of flights
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Perform security checks and screenings as per airport regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the airport terminal and facilities
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo from aircraft
  • Communicate effectively with team members and superiors to ensure smooth operation of the airport

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or airport operations is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Must have a valid driver's license
