Job Description : We are currently seeking dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff, AOCS & Cabin Crew. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe operation of flights, providing excellent customer service to passengers, and maintaining the overall efficiency of the airport. Key Responsibilities : - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas - Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Ensure the safety and security of passengers by following all airport and airline regulations - Coordinate with the AOCS team to ensure on-time departure and arrival of flights - Assist in aircraft pushback and towing procedures - Conduct pre-flight checks and inspections to ensure the cleanliness and readiness of the aircraft - Provide in-flight services such as serving meals, drinks, and assisting passengers with any requests - Follow all emergency procedures and protocols in case of any unforeseen situations - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation Qualifications : - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in the aviation industry is preferred - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays - Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Fluency in English and Hindi, knowledge of additional languages is a plus If you are passionate about the aviation industry and have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
