About the Role
Are you a cloud enthusiast and IT infrastructure expert who thrives on building relationships and driving high-value sales? As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of digital transformationpartnering with C-level stakeholders, aligning with technical teams, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client business objectives.
You will own the account strategy, grow strategic partnerships, and unlock new business opportunities across key enterprise and government clients.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles for Cloud, SD-WAN, IDC, Cybersecurity, IoT, and IT Infrastructure solutions.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth, customer retention, and strategic alignment.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and decision-makers across key accounts.Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and aligning technology solutions accordingly.Conduct regular business reviews and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.Solution Selling & Collaboration
Work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and product teams to craft customized proposals and RFP responses.Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and solution walkthroughs.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and translate that knowledge into business opportunities.Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence
Identify whitespace opportunities within existing accounts and define strategies to capture them.Conduct competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and market research to support go-to-market planning.Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and partner discussions.Who You Are
10+ years of experience in enterprise IT sales, with a strong track record of meeting / exceeding targets.Demonstrated success in selling Cloud services, Internet Data Centers (IDC), SD-WAN, Cybersecurity, and IT Infrastructure solutions.Strong network and relationships in enterprise and public sector organizations in your region.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Deep understanding of digital transformation drivers, enterprise IT ecosystems, and solution-based selling.Location : - Hyderabad (ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES), Mumbai , Noida
