Sr. Accounts Receivable Executive

Job Description

Job Role : Sr Executive-AR (Finance)

Location : HSR, Bangalore

CTC : 5.5 LPA-8 LPA

Expected to join : Immediate / 7 days / 30 days

Preferred : Experience in Accounts Receivable at CA Firms with Smart Personality.

Preferred : CA Inter / CA Semi Qualified / CA Finalist experienced candidates.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Revenue accounting as per policy – reconciliation with reports, books and Tax GL

2. Maintaining agreement tracker for validations

3. Review and MIS on daily balances for advising fund transfers

4. Ensuring accurate recording of direct costs and rationalization

5. Ensuring accurate accounting of collections and fund utilization

6. Preparation of monthly P&L schedules and annexures, prepaid

7. and provision entries and cost provision details / reconciliation.

8. Preparing debtors and sales walk

9. Preparing creditors and purchase walk

10. Preparing Monthly GM and variance analysis @ SKU level

11. Accurate accounting of TDS and TCS including compliance of 194 O / 194Q / 206

12. Debtors ageing analysis and closure of aged balances

13. Debtors and Creditors Reconciliation on timely basis.

14. Support for Internal , Statutory and tax Audit.

15. Co-ordinate with internal and external users

16. Month end closure of books .

Qualification : Exe : BCOM with 2-3 Year experience

Sr Exe : BCOM + MBA / CA Inter with 4-5 Year experience

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Minimum 3 years of experience in core accounting / statutory compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of TDS (section-wise), GST, and Income Tax regulations.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and book-keeping.
• Hands-on experience with accounting tools such as Tally, Zoho Books, NetSuite or ERP systems.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, COUNTIF, SUMIF, Pivot Tables).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• B.com / M.com with minimum 2-4 years of Experience, MBA in finance with at least 4-5 years of relevant experience.
