Job descriptionThe candidate should possess a relevant working experience of a minimum of 3 years. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to effectively balance assertiveness with professionalism to resolve payment issues. Should be able to invoice in NetSuite.
Key Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for managing the collections process.
- Ensuring timely payments and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- T o resolve payment issues effectively.
- Will have to take care of the entire R2R process.
- From Invoicing to collection, SOW creation from Salesforce,.
