Job Description :
- To achieve and exceed sales targets from customers in the assigned territory for 3M Personal Safety Division.
- To manages sales activities such as customer visits, conducting demonstration, end user training, surveys, maintenance camps, cross functional collaboration.
- Implementing marketing activities in the territory
- To execute market development activities – Multi Contact program, Industrial Exhibition, Industrial awareness campaigns etc.
- Manage and establish key stakeholder connect with top key accounts.
- To define territory plan and execute it.
- To drive distributor sales representatives to achieve desired results.
- Work and drive as per monthly business plan with the distributors.
- To provide insights gathered from the field to management team on competition, emerging customer preferences etc.
- To conduct survey related to Fall protection & prepare BOQ related to the survey
- To co-ordinate with installers for project execution
- To support other Area Sales Managers for delivering technical proposal for the fall protection opportunities.
- To conduct management presentation on 3M Solutions
