Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and expand the distributor and retail network in assigned territory.
- Identify potential clients, conduct market visits, and convert leads into sales.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to management.
- Conduct product training and ensure visibility and placement of products at outlets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and field sales executives.
- Track daily sales, prepare reports, and ensure timely collections.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for local-level promotional activities.
- Recruit, train, and supervise sales executives or field sales staff (if applicable).
Key Requirements :
Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG / Beauty / Cosmetic / Personal Care field sales.Strong knowledge of retail distribution and dealer management.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.Self-motivated with a willingness to travel extensively within the region.Comfortable working in a target-based and field-intensive role.Preferred Qualifications :
