Junior Java Full Stack Developer - React.js / Spring Boot

Job Summary & Responsibilities :

Application development, enhancements, and support for WagonHR modules including Employee, Timesheet, Performance, and Finance workflows.

Job Description / Requirements :

1. Hands-on programming experience in Java (Spring Boot) and REST APIs.

2. Good working knowledge of ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

3. Familiarity with RDBMS (PostgreSQL / MySQL) and basic understanding of NoSQL databases.

4. Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodology, Git, and code versioning practices.

5. Basic understanding of microservices and cloud (AWS preferred).

6. Exposure to unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Jest, etc.).

7. Ability to work closely with senior developers and architects, learn design patterns, and follow coding standards.

8. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

9. Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team environment.

10. Experience range : 2 to 4 years in Java full-stack development.

Primary Skills Required : Java (Spring Boot), ReactJS, REST APIs, SQL, Frontend development

Secondary Skills Required : AWS basics, Docker, CI / CD exposure, Testing frameworks
