Must-Have Skills :

Java : Hands-on experience with Java 5 years
Web Frameworks : Strong working knowledge of Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, and Microservices architecture.
Frontend : Proficient in one of the JavaScript frameworks like Angular 8+ or React JS.
Databases :
Relational : Experience with PL-SQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
NoSQL : Experience with MongoDB or Cassandra.
Web Services : Hands-on experience developing REST-based web services using HTTP REST / JSON.
Testing : Strong coding skills with unit testing experience using JUnit, Spock, or Groovy.
Agile Methodologies : Knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
Design Patterns : Solid understanding of IOC, MVC, Singleton, Factory design patterns.
Messaging : Expertise in Kafka, RabbitMQ, or IBM MQ Series.
DevOps : Experience with CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Web Design : Comprehensive knowledge of web design patterns.
Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills :

Continuous Testing : TDD, LeanFT, Cucumber, Gherkin, JBoss experience.

Code Quality Tools : Familiarity with SonarQube, Checkstyle, FindBugs, or similar tools.
