Technical Lead (Full Stack)-React and Node

Job Description – Technical Lead (Full Stack)- TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.

Location : Chennai- Onsite

Experience required :  7+ years of full-stack development experience with at least 2+ years in a

lead / mentorship role.

Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Budget : 14-18LPA

Required Skills & Experience

 Extensive experience with TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.

 Proven ability to design scalable, high-performing APIs and UIs.

 Strong database knowledge – SQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL

 Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes.

 Strong familiarity with Jira and Confluence

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Technical Lead to join our

engineering team in Chennai.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in front-end and back-end

technologies, proven leadership skills, and the ability to design, develop, and deliver

scalable applications. You will guide a team of engineers, drive best practices, and

collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead a team of developers in designing, building, and maintaining a full-stack

applications.

 Architect, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance web

solutions.

 Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and quality

delivery.

 Mentor and coach team members, fostering technical excellence and knowledge

sharing.

 Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices in

software development.

 Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.

 Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where relevant.

 Advanced knowledge o f Azure Cloud.

 Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture .

 Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure)and CI / CD pipelines.

 Strong knowledge of system design, design patterns, and software architecture.

 Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

 Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
