We are excited to be partnering with a fast-growing US-based Fintech firm to build their high-performing India engineering team. We are on the lookout for a hardcore hands-on Full Stack Technology Lead who loves solving complex problems and building scalable fintech platforms. This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on senior technologist who loves writing clean code, mentoring tech teams, and solving complex fintech problems - all while working with Java, React, Spring, REST APIs, modern front-end frameworks, and highly scalable architectures.

As a Full Stack Technology Lead, you will :
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in building next-gen fintech products.
- Own end-to-end technical design, architecture, and delivery.
- Code hands-on in Java, React (or Angular), and modern backend frameworks.
- Work directly with the global CTO and product teams to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and performant technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain high-performance backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.Design and implement intuitive front-end interfaces using React (preferred) or Angular.Architect microservices-based solutions for scalability and fault-tolerance.Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive quality practices like unit testing and CI / CD.Mentor junior developers, conduct technical interviews, and contribute to team growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies in an Agile / Scrum setup.Tech Stack :
Backend : Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIsFrontend : React (preferred), Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScriptDatabase : SQL (PostgreSQL / MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB is a plus)DevOps & Tools : Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS / GCP / Azure (any cloud experience is a plus)Others : Jira, Agile / Scrum methodologiesRole Qualification :
8-12 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.Proven expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and front-end frameworks.Experience in building and deploying microservices architectures.Ability to lead and mentor development teams in an Agile environment.Strong coding, debugging, and architectural skills - not a people manager, but a coder at heartExcellent communication skills - ability to work with global stakeholders.Nice to Have :
