Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for IT and technical roles.
• Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source candidates using multiple channels : job portals, , referrals, networking, and social media.
• Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, reports, and ATS systems.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and act as a brand ambassador for the company.
• Stay updated with industry hiring trends and innovative sourcing techniques.
• Coordinate with technical panels and schedule interviews.
