About the Role
Consulting for New and Existing Clients Provide specialized retail advisory & consulting services to new and existing customers, share relevant advisories for customers, address unmet needs, expand relationships, manage client expectations, and maintain assigned utilization.
Responsibilities
- Systematically Develop and Maintain Offerings
- Identify niche gaps that exist within retail solution providers and prepare business case to invest in expanding the idea into a packaged solution.
- Provide stewardship guidance to solutions aligned to the competency, that can be a core differentiator for Infocepts.
- Support offering development and support its pilot implementation.
- Support to develop implementation methodologies, processes, templates, enhance and internalize for the prioritized solutions.
- Provide Sales Support
- Support pre-sales activities including engaging prospects, conducting discovery workshops, developing point of views / solutions / scoping, writing proposals, engaging partners, and supporting sales and marketing enablement with their functional and domain expertise.
- Thought Leadership – Build and share experience and evidence-based thought leadership in the retail industry through various channels such as professional social media, blogs, white papers, webinars, events, and conferences.
- Support Organizational Strategy – Contribute to practice development including sharing and building expertise, nurturing and growing talent, capability and offering development, and corporate initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
Proven experience in addressing retail business challenges through effective application of Data, Analytics, and AI.Strong understanding of core retail business processes and systems, including (but not limited to) Customer Management, Store Operations, Merchandising, and Inventory Management.A holistic view of end-to-end retail workflows is highly desirable.Hands-on experience delivering data and analytics consulting / professional services across various retail segments such as luxury, off-price, and apparel.Pre-sales experience, including leading and authoring proposals that clearly articulate business value and program outcomes.Deep knowledge of retail systems, KPIs, and underlying data models with the ability to translate them into actionable insights for business stakeholders.Expertise in analysing and synthesizing business requirements, creating effort estimates, designing data flow models, and collaborating with technical and business teams to build and implement analytics solutions.Required Skills
